Property Strategy
We are retained by a commercial business organisation to provide ongoing strategic property advice.
Faced with a lease event on their existing offices, part of which is sublet, we are advising on a range of options to suit the business objectives and long term strategy. As we do not act in the capacity of a commercial estate agent, we are not driven by “doing a deal” but able to provide wholly independent advice on all property options and the most appropriate commercial route. We also coordinate the project recommending and managing other property specialists, such as building surveyors and planning consultants as required, on behalf of the client.
